Paul Foy
Chairman and Company Director
A successful entrepreneur since leaving education, Paul Foy became involved in property in the mid 1990s. Managing Director to two other companies, he is involved in a number of important residential and retail developments in London and has a substantial portfolio of buy-to-let properties in the UK and abroad. Paul has led the ezylet.com concept from its conception and has funded the project personally to date with considerable capital investment to see it through initial development.
Andrew Carruthers
Technical Director
Andrew Carruthers’ impressive career in IT has focused primarily on designing and
implementing solutions to complex technical problems to bring business benefits. Specific
experience includes specifying and implementing solutions for databases, data
warehousing, security and best practice – the last 14 years for City financial institutions.
Previous positions include working at Swiss Re, CustomerNation, UBS, BT, Fujitsu,
Balfour Beatty, Reuters, Philips and Deutsche Bank.
