As well as advertisements for rental properties, ezylet.com offers portal-type functionality in that it accepts paid-for advertising from relevant communities such as trades and services, and legal and insurance professionals. It also offers a very useful facility for landlords to conduct business by linking with other professionals such as mortgage providers and developers etc.
